The Fleet of Reedereigruppe Freese

In 2008 we took delivery of the biggest units managed up to now. The17.100 tdw MPP carriers MV “AMANDA (delivered July 08) and the MV “ANITA” (delivered August 08) built at Hudong-Zhonghua Shipbuilding (Group) Co. Ltd, Shanghai / China are equipped with 3 LIEBHERR cranes each 60t (in combination 120t) capacity. Main dimensions are length 143m, breadth 21,5m and draft 9,7m. Variable hight of tweendeck pontoons in holds 1 and 2, hydraulic operated weather deck hatch covers, Finish/Swedish ice-class 1A, certification for trade in Great Lakes and carrying of dangerous goods as well as re-inforced tank top and tweendeck for heavy cargoes are the main features of this newbuildings. They are imployed as “Beluga Generation” (BBC Orinoco) respectively “Beluga Gravitation” (BBC Rio Grande) in worldwide trade for account Beluga Chartering GmbH in Bremen.
