Junior Engineer Superintendent m/f

Due to continued expansion of our fleet we are looking forward a junior engineer superintendent to join our technical department as soon as possible.

Main responsibilities will include:

Maintenance of and visits to dedicated vessels

Preparation and monitoring of operational budgets

Preparation and supervision of ships repairs and drydookings

Active participation in the Quality and Safety management of vessels

The prospective candidates would be required to meet the following minimum requirements:

Class 1 Motor Engineers licence or equivalent technical/engineering degree

experience as Chief or second Engineer at sea or in the role of superintendent

Fluent written and spoken English skills

Ability to work in a team as well as independently

Familiar with current office PC software

Ability to travel is essential
